What Sets Alliance Apart
Quick Access Doors
The front and back quick access doors allow for safe replacement of hammers, breaker bars, liners, and screens. These refrigerator-style doors open quickly for less downtime but can be securely fastened with wedge locks and safety bar. To access the interior, the bar slides out in either direction. Then, by removing a series of bolts, the door can be opened in minutes.
Split Top Design
The Split Top feature provides improved access to the rotor and other critical components. The rotor is fully exposed and can be safely removed to replace surrounding parts without full disassembly.

Heavy Duty Rotor Design
Available in standard or heavy duty configurations, our rotors are assembled on high-strength steel shafts and mounted on self-aligning spherical roller bearings for maximum performance and long life.
Tramp Metal Protection
Every Alliance machine includes a tramp metal trap that collects stray metal pieces before they can cause damage. As tramp metal enters the hammer circle, the hammers lay back and carry material to the trap.
