With durability in mind, the rotor measures 32” in diameter and 43” in length, weighing 2,175 pounds without hammers. Constructed from medium carbon steel, it includes 20 alloy steel solid hooked hammers, each weighing 28 pounds, arranged in four rows. Hammer pins are crafted from heat-treated alloy steel for robust performance, measuring 2.5” in diameter. Maintenance is facilitated by spherical roller bearings, grease lubricated, and a hydraulic bearing removal system. The frame and liners are made from low carbon and heat-treated alloy steel respectively, ensuring a strong and resilient structure. The 1/2” thick frame plates and welded alloy steel screen bars add to its steadfast build, making it suitable for intense industrial tasks.
