The Alliance 2432 Rechipper Sub for 34WB is a robust wood hog engineered for heavy-duty industrial crushing by Alliance MFG. It operates on a nominal horsepower range of 75 to 125 with a speed of 760 RPM. Weighing 3,900 lbs, this machine features a feed opening of 21 1/4” x 32 3/4” and a discharge opening of 34 1/4” x 35”, facilitating efficient material processing. The 2432RC comes with a rotor measuring 24” in diameter and 33 1/4” in length, powered by 32 heat-treated alloy steel hammers weighing 14 lbs each. The hammers, organized in four rows and hardened to 440 BHN, ensure consistent crushing performance.
